More of the Silhouette’s :) I love this silver pen.

With the Summer to think of new ideas for the third year, I wanted to try looking into using Silhouette’s for a project. So I did this quickie whilst working on my research sketchbook :)

Silver pen on black paper… Silver pen on black paper. So much pretty, no matter how crappy the drawing!

My attempt at cosplaying Velma in a slightly more appealing light without the smut xD

As I stayed up last night watching clips of Jeremy Kyle on youtube, I found myself drawing this. Really, I believe the large majority of people who watch good old JK do so to remind themselves ‘at least I’m not that person.’ I know I do when I’m being lazy and stay in my pj’s all day.
P.S- I drew my character Poppy Cox here because I imagine with her personality she would be a loyal watcher of the show.

Another drawing of my character Poppy Cox :) this time with a colour guide to her skin colour, hair and her pet cats basic colours. The cat has yet to be named :)
The picture is coloured with Promarkers and outlined with Fine liner.

And my second year of Illustration is complete. My reward? I can draw whatever the f*** I want! So I decided to create a persona of myself that’s very over the top (and because I wish I could make my hair look this funky) and also a somewhat typical art student look. If the art student lived somewhere warm instead of drizzly England. Blehhh… Yes her name is very punny.

Challenge from a friend. Attempt to draw Ariel (the little mermaid) realistically. I’m not proud of her face and hair but I reckon I got the rest down good. :)

The inside illustration for ‘The Great Gatsby’. This is based on the scene where Gatsby starts throwing his shirts around, going on about how he brought them from someone in England and Daisy (for some reason) starts crying into them saying how they’re the most beuatiful shirts she’s ever seen.
